Nationwide restaurant retail store looking for a hands-on Manager who enjoys working with their team!
Assistant Grocery Manager Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Manager with strong customer relations
- Must be willing to travel and support other store locations
- Staffing and managing all associates day to day
- Daily operations, meetings, and reporting
- Creating a positive customer experience at all levels
- Data analyzing and reporting on sales and profit
- Food safety compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations
Assistant Grocery Manager Qualifications:
- 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Positive leadership with a people-first mentality
- Growth and succession mindset
- Warehouse management experience required
- Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring / training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention
