We are seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain & Logistics to lead procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, transportation, distribution, and customer service for a growing food manufacturing organization. This strategic leader will drive operational excellence, improve service levels, optimize costs, and ensure regulatory compliance across the entire supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and customer service operations.
• Oversee demand planning, inventory management, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Build supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Drive S&OP, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and on-time product delivery.
• Lead ERP/WMS/TMS optimization and leverage data to improve performance.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, FSMA, and HACCP standards.
• Travel 25–50% to manufacturing facilities, suppliers, customers, and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience in food manufacturing or CPG.
• 3 years of director level leadership
• Strong background in procurement, planning, logistics, inventory, and customer service.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Proven success improving operational performance, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
