F&B Supervisor – Evening Shift – Niagara Falls, NY
Join a respected hospitality group in Niagara Falls as an F&B Supervisor for evening service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated front-of-house team in delivering memorable guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards during peak dining hours.

F&B Supervisor – Evening Shift Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, food service, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred
- Experience leading teams and managing operations in a high-volume, customer-service environment
- Food safety and/or alcohol awareness certification preferred, as required by local regulations
- Strong leadership, team motivation, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
F&B Supervisor – Evening Shift Preferred Background & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and operational consistency
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during busy shifts
F&B Supervisor – Evening Shift Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all restaurant operations during assigned evening shifts, ensuring efficient workflows and company standards
- Lead, coach, and support front-of-house staff while fostering a positive team environment
- Ensure exceptional customer service, address guest concerns promptly, and maintain a welcoming dining atmosphere
- Monitor food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation for compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with inventory control and ensure the restaurant remains stocked with operational essentials
- Support cash management procedures and end-of-shift reporting, ensuring consistent operational controls
