What You’ll Own

  • Lead planning and execution of meetings, catered events, executive functions, and special campus experiences
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal partners throughout the event lifecycle
  • Deliver seamless event execution while creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee banquet and service teams through recruiting, training, coaching, and leadership
  • Partner closely with culinary, operations, and administrative teams to ensure flawless logistics
  • Anticipate challenges and provide solutions before they impact the guest experience
  • Maintain a polished, hospitality-first approach from initial planning through event completion

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in event management, catering, banquet operations, hospitality, or conference services
  • Background in corporate dining, conference centers, hotels, catering, or high-volume event environments preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, professional presence
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Flexibility to support occasional evening, weekend, or special event needs
