We need a hard-working, personable, and dependable housekeeping manager for our luxury, independent New England property.
Housekeeping Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years as a housekeeping Manager in a seasonal, boutique property
- 3 years of excellent tenure with progressive responsibilities and positions
- Hard work ethic and hands-on leadership style
- Personable and hospitable personality
- Experience with J-1 employees
- Experience with Task Force positions is preferred
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is preferred
Housekeeping Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the housekeeping team with professionalism and integrity
- Work alongside the housekeeping team to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and guest experience
- Work with the hotel department leaders on crafting the guest experience
- Work task force positions in the off-season as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Housekeeping Manager Benefits:
- Excellent base pay starting at $65k, up to $75k for experienced leaders
