We are looking for candidates for future task force roles. Candidates must bring experience with Luxury Hotels or Ultra Fine Dining. Experience with Michelin, Forbes, AAA, Mobile, or Relais and Chateaux standards highly preferred.

Task Force Culinary Opportunities Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Culinary leadership in a Luxury Hotel or Fine Dining atmosphere
  • High-end pedigree of experiences at all-scratch, celebrated, and well-reputed establishments
  • Strong knowledge of Culinary financials, COG and labor management
  • Experience with recipe and menu development, including costing
  • Strong knowledge of culinary trends and changing consumer expectations
  • Experience with task, goal, and project management

Task Force Culinary Opportunities Responsibilities:

  • Every contract and every location will have its own unique challenges and initiatives
  • Create a punch list with clear goals, reasonable but ambitious objectives, and a reasonable timeline for completion
  • Analyze market trends, consumer demands, purchase reports, and current offerings
  • Manage COGs and Labor to a budget and forecast
  • Ensure consistent preparation of dishes
  • Ongoing staff training and development, leaving a strong succession plan
  • Source and negotiate with vendors for the best products at the best prices
  • Create efficient and sustainable systems for continued operation
  • Collaborate with front of house, sales, marketing, and leadership
  • Other duties as assigned
