Fast Casual Restaurant Manager

We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, coaching and developing team members, building genuine relationships with guests, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding guest service every day.
  • Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop hourly team members and shift leaders.
  • Create schedules and manage labor to meet business goals while maintaining excellent service.
  • Monitor food quality, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and cost controls to minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all health department regulations and food safety standards.
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Analyze sales, labor, and operating reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-volume operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory management, labor controls, and P&L performance.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
