Ecommerce Account Manager is responsible for sales efforts and results with top retailers e-commerce sites, including Amazon, Home Depot, Menard's, Lowe's, Ace Hardware, Family Dollar, etc.
Ecommerce Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a continuing relationship with existing merchants and staff in all departments at the corporate customer level
- Maximize sales by utilizing tools to drive shoppers to the company's products on the customer's websites
- Forecast sales and assist with monthly reporting for each customer
Ecommerce Account Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of retail e-commerce experience with customers such as Amazon, The Home Depot, Walmart, Target, Wayfair, etc.
- Successful track record of growing sales within customers
- Strong knowledge of customer portals
- Sales forecasting experience
