- Prefer current or very recent experience in high-volume drive-thru or delivery
- Solid tenure — no job hoppers
- Hands-on leadership style
- Upbeat personality — highly positive and able to coach
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
- Focused on standards to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
Restaurant General Manager Benefits:
- A superb base salary of $65 to $72K.
- No very early mornings or very late nights

- Attainable bonus program in addition to salary
