A growing advisory firm focused on the insurance brokerage industry is seeking a Financial Analyst who is interested in developing into a consulting role. This position is ideal for someone who has spent several years working in finance, FP&A, or analytics within an insurance agency and is ready to transition into client-facing advisory work.

The role will initially focus on supporting senior consultants with financial analysis, modeling, and strategic projects for independent insurance agencies. Over time, there is a clear path to grow into a lead consultant working directly with agency owners and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis and consulting projects for insurance agency clients

• Build and interpret financial models and performance forecasts

• Prepare materials and insights for strategic planning discussions

• Work alongside senior consultants and advisors on client engagements

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or analytics

• Prior experience within a mid-to-large insurance agency strongly preferred

• Must already understand how insurance agencies operate financially

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
