Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Flexible Schedule | Brooklyn, NY

Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem | In-Office + Telehealth

We’re hiring Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join a growing medical practice in Brooklyn.

This opportunity is open to providers from a variety of clinical backgrounds. Urgent care experience is not required. If you’re looking for a full-time position, part-time schedule, weekend work, or additional shifts around your current role, we’d like to speak with you.

• Medicare ID required!!! must have –Active New York Medicaid Provider ID

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult and pediatric patients
• Manage common acute illnesses and outpatient medical conditions
• Conduct in-office and telehealth visits
• Prescribe medications within your scope of practice
• Determine when referral or escalation of care is appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team

Required Qualifications

• Active New York NP or PA license
• Active New York Medicaid Provider ID
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
• Comfortable treating common outpatient conditions
• Strong communication and bedside manner

Experience may come from urgent care, family medicine, primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, emergency medicine, community health, walk-in clinics, telehealth, or other outpatient settings.

Urgent care experience is NOT required.
