Are you an attorney, legal recruiter, law firm business development professional, or sales professional with strong networking skills and an entrepreneurial mindset?

I’m looking to add a Legal Recruiter to my team at Goodwin Recruiting. This is an opportunity to build your own recruiting business while leveraging our established brand, proven systems, training, technology, and existing client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit and place attorneys, partners, and legal professionals nationwide
  • Build relationships with law firms and legal departments
  • Source, interview, and present qualified candidates
  • Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts
  • Manage the recruiting process from initial outreach through placement
  • Build a long-term book of business and recurring referral network

Who We’re Looking For

  • Legal recruiting experience preferred
  • Attorneys interested in transitioning into recruiting are encouraged to apply
  • Business development, sales, staffing, or executive search experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated professionals who thrive in a remote environment
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to control your income and schedule

Compensation
