P&C Sales Leader – SW Florida Market
A well-established independent insurance agency in Southwest Florida is seeking a P&C Sales Leader (Player Coach) to join its growing organization.
This hybrid role combines personal production with leadership responsibility. The Sales Leader will oversee a team of Producers and Account Managers while continuing to drive new business across Personal and Commercial Lines.
This is an opportunity for a strong producer ready to step into a structured leadership role within an accountability-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain personal production in both Personal and Commercial Lines
- Coach and develop a team of P&C Producers
- Lead weekly sales meetings and pipeline reviews
- Drive quarterly production goals and performance metrics
- Support account placement and closing strategy
- Build referral-based and community-driven business relationships
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen recruiting and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Active 2-20 Property & Casualty License (required)
- 3+ years of successful P&C production experience
- Independent agency background preferred
- Experience with both Personal and Commercial Lines
- Prior informal leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Accountable, team-oriented, and solution-focused
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $75,000+ commissions & quarterly bonuses
- OTE: $110,000 – $125,000+ in Year 1
- Benefits include 401(k), Paid time off
