P&C Sales Leader – SW Florida Market

A well-established independent insurance agency in Southwest Florida is seeking a P&C Sales Leader (Player Coach) to join its growing organization.

This hybrid role combines personal production with leadership responsibility. The Sales Leader will oversee a team of Producers and Account Managers while continuing to drive new business across Personal and Commercial Lines.

This is an opportunity for a strong producer ready to step into a structured leadership role within an accountability-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain personal production in both Personal and Commercial Lines
• Coach and develop a team of P&C Producers
• Lead weekly sales meetings and pipeline reviews
• Drive quarterly production goals and performance metrics
• Support account placement and closing strategy
• Build referral-based and community-driven business relationships
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen recruiting and growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Active 2-20 Property & Casualty License (required)
• 3+ years of successful P&C production experience
• Independent agency background preferred
• Experience with both Personal and Commercial Lines
• Prior informal leadership or mentoring experience preferred
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Accountable, team-oriented, and solution-focused

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000 – $75,000+ commissions & quarterly bonuses
• OTE: $110,000 – $125,000+ in Year 1
• Benefits include 401(k), Paid time off
