Restaurant Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure an exceptional experience for both guests and team members. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who is willing to work alongside their team, maintain high operational standards, and drive restaurant performance through effective leadership, organization, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage food ordering, inventory levels, and cost controls.
  • Monitor labor costs and scheduling to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Handle administrative paperwork, reporting, and operational documentation.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and excellence.
  • Assist team members in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining room, and cash register as needed.
  • Support recruiting, training, and retention efforts.

Guest Experience

  • Ensure every guest receives exceptional service.
  • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a welcoming and clean dining environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Spanish-speaking skills are helpful but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $48,000 – $56,000 annually
  • Quarterly performance-based bonus opportunity
  • Health, dental, vision, and employer-sponsored life insurance
  • Generous Paid Time Off:
    • 2 weeks annually
    • 3 weeks annually after 6 years of service

Schedule

  • Target schedule of approximately 45–50 hours per week
