A nationally acclaimed organization is seeking a Director of Industrial Services for their location in New Jersey. This role requires ISO experience and QMS knowledge to insure quality, compliance and business development.

Director of Industrial Services Responsibilities:

ISO Quality Management & Compliance is a must
Manages the daily operations of the Industrial Services and Contracts Services departments in compliance with all established policies and procedures
Must possess professional etiquette
Monitor quality objectives and performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making and audit-ready documentation.

Director of Industrial Services Qualifications:

Positive leadership with a people first mentality
BA or Masters in Business Management. Years of experience can be substituted for education. 7–10+ years of progressive experience
Demonstrated experience leading ISO audits, certification, or recertification cycles
Proven success developing and managing contracts that support employment for individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment.
Must be available for offsite visits and offsite assignments

Director of Industrial Services Benefits:

Salary $80-90k
