About the Company

We're a growing, independent coffee brand built on genuine hospitality and a relentless focus on quality. Our team is lean, entrepreneurial, and deeply invested in what we're building. We move fast, hold high standards, and expect everyone in the building to do the same. If you've thrived at a large chain, this probably isn't the right fit — but if you've built something or run something and want to do it again at a company you actually believe in, keep reading.

The Role

We're looking for a Vice President of Operations to take ownership of the full operational picture as we scale. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has done it before — who knows what good looks like, can build the systems to get there, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to make it happen. You'll partner directly with the founder, shape how the business runs, and have real equity in the outcome.

What You'll Do

  • Own all operational functions across locations — people, process, product, and performance
  • Build and scale the operational infrastructure needed to support growth
  • Lead and develop a strong GM-level team; create accountability at every level
  • Set and maintain standards for hospitality, product quality, and customer experience
  • Partner with ownership on long-term strategy, new locations, and business development
  • Manage vendor relationships, supply chain, and cost controls
  • Translate vision into execution — consistently

What We're Looking For

  • Proven operational leadership experience in hospitality, F&B, or retail — ideally in a high-growth or independent setting
  • A track record of building teams and systems, not just managing them
  • Deep hospitality instincts — you understand what a great guest experience feels like and how to build it at scale
  • Startup or entrepreneurial experience; you're comfortable without a playbook
  • A leader who earns trust through results, not authority
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute at the ground level when needed
  • Coffee or specialty F&B background preferred, but not required

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary: $110,000–$130,000
  • Equity stake with vesting schedule
  • Comprehensive health, dental & vision Insurance
  • PTO
  • Growth opportunities within a growing company
