Our growing restaurant group is looking for a dynamic and high-energy Executive Chef for our new Tuscan, Farm to Table restaurant concept. This will be for our new location opening in the summer of 2026. The menu is made from scratch and features many locally sourced items. This candidate must be an expert at hiring and training staff, people development, managing inventory, and controlling costs.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Hands-on, lead-by-example management style
- Create daily specials to complement our seasonal menu
- Execute high-profile special events
- Maintain proper staffing levels commensurate with the business volume
Executive Chef Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' Executive Chef experience in Italian cuisine
- Strong organization skills and financial acumen
- Fine dining or upscale background
- Passion for training and developing others
