Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management, team leadership, and financial performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations while developing and inspiring a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor efficiency.
• Drive sales growth through exceptional guest experiences and operational execution.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Partner with culinary leadership to maintain menu quality and consistency.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and hospitality.
• Analyze financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and operational metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including service, culinary execution, staffing, and guest engagement.
• Demonstrated success in team development, coaching, and retention.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
