Established restoration company is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to lead reconstruction projects from emergency response through completion. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee field operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong construction knowledge, insurance experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Project Manager Requirements and Qualifications

Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of mitigation and reconstruction processes (water, fire, mold, storm)
Proficiency with Xactimate and familiarity with insurance scopes, estimating, and change orders
Experience developing schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and managing project timelines
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards, building codes, and jobsite best practices
Strong communication and customer service skills when working with clients and adjusters
Valid driver’s license and ability to participate in on-call rotation

Project Manager Preferred Background and Skills

Experience working with insurance carriers, adjusters, and TPAs
Background managing both residential and commercial restoration projects
Familiarity with emergency response environments and rapid deployment
Strong documentation skills including job logs, photos, and compliance reporting
Bilingual skills a plus
