Operations Manager – DMV Area

Operations Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within cleaning services or janitorial operations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Demonstrates a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to work Monday through Friday
Operations Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and develop site cleaners and team leaders to ensure high performance
- Oversee operations and maintain quality standards across 25+ client buildings/locations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets established standards
- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
