A leading hospitality group is seeking an experienced operations leader to guide and grow a portfolio of select-service hotels. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape guest experiences, drive financial performance, and lead a dynamic team as the organization expands across the region.

VP of Operations Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of multi-unit experience within select-service hotels
- Prior experience as a General Manager
- Proven track record of driving operational and financial results
- Ability to travel regularly to hotel properties in the portfolio
VP of Operations Preferred Background & Skills:
- Familiarity with revenue management tools (such as Lighthouse)
- Experience opening new properties or managing operational transitions
- Strong background in guest satisfaction and quality assurance programs
VP of Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for multiple hotel properties, ensuring brand compliance and high service standards
- Coach, develop, and hold property leaders accountable for performance
- Drive achievement of budgets and financial targets, including revenue, occupancy, and cost control
- Conduct regular property visits and audits to assess and improve performance
- Analyze guest feedback and implement action plans to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with ownership, brand partners, and corporate leadership to support growth and execute strategic initiatives
- Lead or support property openings, conversions, and integration activities
