Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Reports to: HR Leadership
A growing multi-unit restaurant group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support leadership hiring during an exciting period of expansion.
This role will primarily focus on full-cycle recruiting for restaurant management and field leadership positions. You’ll partner closely with Operations and Training leaders to ensure new and existing locations are staffed with strong, high-performing managers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for GM, AGM, Kitchen Manager, and Shift Leader roles
- Support leadership hiring for new restaurant openings
- Source, screen, and manage candidates through offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to define expectations and success profiles
- Track pipeline activity and time-to-fill metrics
- Help improve recruiting processes as the company scales
(Limited involvement in hourly crew hiring.)
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of recruiting experience (restaurant, retail, hospitality, or multi-unit environments preferred)
- Experience hiring manager-level roles
- Comfortable managing multiple open roles at once
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting metrics
