Position Overview

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to deliver an exceptional, personalized member experience while driving financial performance and operational excellence.

General Manager Key Responsibilities

Lead all club operations with a focus on white-glove service, discretion, and attention to detail.
Champion an elevated member experience through anticipatory, relationship-driven hospitality.
Mentor and develop department leaders, fostering accountability and a high-performance culture.
Drive financial results through budgeting, forecasting, and disciplined cost controls.
Partner with the Board/Ownership on strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
Monitor KPIs and member feedback to continuously improve service and operations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and governance standards.

General Manager Qualifications

7+ years of senior leadership experience in ultra-luxury hospitality or private clubs.
Strong financial acumen with proven success managing budgets and profitability.
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and retain high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
Deep understanding of luxury service standards and member relations.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
