Spa Director Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing Spa teams larger than 45
- Proven ability to drive results in a luxury Spa Environment
- Strong financial acumen and sales ability
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to develop people and build high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and holding others accountable
- High professional maturity and emotional intelligence
Spa Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork
- Drive revenue, profitability, and retail sales through operational excellence
- Analyze performance metrics and develop action plans for growth
- Oversee daily operations while proactively addressing challenges
- Provide ongoing training and recognize team successes
