Full-Service Scratch Kitchen | Craft Beverage Program | High-Energy Environment

We’re seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead a dynamic, full-service concept featuring a scratch kitchen and elevated craft beverage program. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong community engagement and event-driven traffic.

What You’ll Do

Support daily FOH & BOH operations
Lead service during peak shifts and high-traffic events
Manage food, labor, and beverage costs
Oversee bar execution and beverage standards
Hire, train, and develop team members
Ensure exceptional guest experiences
Maintain food safety, alcohol compliance, and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
Scratch kitchen experience preferred
Strong knowledge of craft beverage programs
Proven ability to manage high-volume shifts
Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
Availability for nights, weekends, and event-driven schedules
