Full-Service Scratch Kitchen | Craft Beverage Program | High-Energy Environment

We’re seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead a dynamic, full-service concept featuring a scratch kitchen and elevated craft beverage program. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong community engagement and event-driven traffic.

What You’ll Do

  • Support daily FOH & BOH operations
  • Lead service during peak shifts and high-traffic events
  • Manage food, labor, and beverage costs
  • Oversee bar execution and beverage standards
  • Hire, train, and develop team members
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain food safety, alcohol compliance, and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • Scratch kitchen experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of craft beverage programs
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume shifts
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and event-driven schedules
