Assistant General Manager Requirements
- Must have an open schedule and be willing to work bar hours
- Must have at least 2 to 4 years of leadership experience
- Upbeat and fun personality
- Able to get along with others
- Comfortable in the BOH
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities
- Administrative Duties and Reconciliation
- Bartend high volume if the need arises
- Guest Relationship building
- Supervision of staff
