Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management
Proposal Development
Development of Project Plans, Schedules, and Budgets
Managing clients and seeking and securing work responsibilities will vary with the applicant’s level of experience.
Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries.
Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, and reports of surveys.
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Surveying, Geomatics or related field.
Registered Professional Surveyor in Michigan.
Experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D or other drafting platform.
Proficiency in modern surveying technology and software.
Previous Professional Surveying experience desired, 5+ years.
Valid driver’s license.
General computer literacy, with working proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software.
