Join a lively brewpub where craft beer meets great food and community. We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can support the GM in daily operations while leading by example and strengthening the hourly team.

Restaurant Manager – Benefits and Compensation:

Restaurant Manager – Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

2+ years of restaurant leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume casual or brewpub setting
Bar management and history of successful cost controls
Strong floor presence and ability to lead service during peak hours
Supports GM in managing P&L, labor, and inventory controls
Provides hands-on training and daily support for hourly team members
ServSafe Manager and TiPS certified (or willing to obtain)
Comfortable using POS systems and staff scheduling tools

Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience with beer service or interest in craft brewing
Familiarity with opening/closing procedures and shift execution
History of supporting hiring, onboarding, and training
Experience running FOH/BOH communication smoothly
Community-focused mindset and comfortable engaging with regulars
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
