A leading tire manufacturer is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team!
This is an incredible opportunity to join a wonderful company, that boasts phenomenal results for their clients, while also providing a positive and supportive work environment for their team!
This position is 100% remote and candidates may live anywhere in the Southeast region of the US. This is an individual production position and will not be managing a team.

Regional Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in the tire manufacturing industry
- 6+ years of New Business Development experience and identifying growth opportunities
- Existing Book of Business and relationships with clients who would buy tires
- Successful track record of developing business with factory direct container programs, and utilizing a quality dealer network
- Proficiency in lead generation and building sales pipelines
- Strong skills in contract negotiation and closing deals
- Experience in account management and developing long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding target
- Ability to travel 15-50%, as needed, for in-person customer meetings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
