Executive Chef Requirements:

2-3 years prior experience as an EC
HANDS-ON Chef with a background in multi-unit concepts used to systems and routines
Strong culinary background. Basic Italian cuisine understanding
Preferred culinary education and exceptional cooking and knife skills
Experience in quality scratch kitchens
Used to high-volume sales
Professional image & demeanor
