Join a high-energy hospitality team where great service, teamwork, and guest experiences are at the center of everything we do. We're seeking an Event Supervisor who leads by example, supports daily operations, and helps create an exceptional environment for both guests and team members.

Event Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise event staff before, during, and after events.
• Ensure all event spaces are properly set up according to event specifications and timelines.
• Act as the on-site leader, addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with culinary, bar, facilities, security, and management teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Monitor staffing levels and assign duties to maximize efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event reviews with team members.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and event supplies as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards are maintained throughout the venue.
• Support VIP, corporate, social, and private events as required.

Event Supervisor Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, event management, catering, restaurant management, or venue operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with event setups, staffing coordination, and operational logistics.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations is preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and event management software is a plus.
