Branch General Manager – Wholesale Construction Supply

We are actively seeking an experienced Wholesale/Retail Branch General Manager to join a well-established construction supply company at our Upper Cape area location. This is a leadership role with full responsibility for overseeing daily operations across warehouse, sales, and distribution functions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations across wholesale and retail functions
• Oversee warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and strong vendor coordination
• Manage and develop teams across warehouse, sales, and transportation departments
• Drive operational efficiency while maintaining high service standards
• Monitor workflows, control costs, and ensure smooth distribution processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of management experience in commercial construction supply or related retail/wholesale environments
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and supply chain operations
• Proven experience in inventory management and vendor coordination
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including some Saturdays
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and/or HVAC parts and supplies
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
