Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and support daily restaurant operations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash-outs, and reporting
- Uphold service standards, policies, and guest satisfaction initiatives
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with monthly inventory counts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment
Restaurant Supervisor Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership and guest service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with POS systems; scheduling or inventory experience is a plus
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
