Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading a high-volume kitchen as a Kitchen Manager
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with a strong sense of urgency
  • Skilled at leading, developing, and aligning kitchen teams
  • Strong operational discipline with a focus on food safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency
  • Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, inventory control, and waste reduction
  • Ability to manage production flow, ticket times, and kitchen execution during high-volume periods
  • Conversational Spanish highly preferred with the ability to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking team members
  • Comfortable working primarily PM shifts and leading late-night operations
  • Leads by example and maintains a high level of accountability throughout the kitchen operation
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution standards across all shifts
