What You'll Do

  • Lead daily front-of-house operations in a high-volume environment
  • Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and service execution
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and supervisors
  • Manage labor, scheduling, and operational efficiencies
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, food safety, and sanitation practices
  • Partner with senior leadership to achieve financial and operational goals
  • Foster a positive, hospitality-driven culture that motivates and retains talent

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale, polished casual, or high-volume dining
  • Strong floor presence and passion for hospitality
  • Proven success developing and leading teams
  • Experience managing labor, costs, and operational performance
  • Excellent communication and guest recovery skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
