What You'll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house operations in a high-volume environment
- Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and service execution
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and supervisors
- Manage labor, scheduling, and operational efficiencies
- Ensure adherence to company standards, food safety, and sanitation practices
- Partner with senior leadership to achieve financial and operational goals
- Foster a positive, hospitality-driven culture that motivates and retains talent
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale, polished casual, or high-volume dining
- Strong floor presence and passion for hospitality
- Proven success developing and leading teams
- Experience managing labor, costs, and operational performance
- Excellent communication and guest recovery skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
