What We're Looking For
- Experience leading culinary operations within restaurants, hotels, catering companies, private clubs, or hospitality organizations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience managing food costs, labor, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen operations
- Commitment to culinary excellence, consistency, and guest satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health department compliance
- NYC metropolitan area experience preferred
