Restaurant General Manager Benefits

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of a high-volume restaurant operation with a focus on exceptional guest experiences and service excellence
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop management and hourly team members
- Create a culture of accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement
- Drive guest engagement, community involvement, and repeat business
- Maintain high standards for food quality, beverage execution, cleanliness, and overall operational excellence
- Analyze financial performance, manage labor and controllable costs, and drive profitability
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
- Collaborate with ownership and leadership teams to support growth initiatives and long-term business objectives
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications
- Proven success as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong food and beverage knowledge with a commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
- Background in independent or chef-driven restaurant concepts preferred
- Solid understanding of P&L management, labor controls, and operational financials
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- ServSafe and TIPS Certification required
