Associate Director, Product Management

We are seeking a results-driven Associate Director of Product Management to lead a portfolio of products focused on driving profitable growth, market share expansion, and long-term business success. This leadership role will oversee product strategy, lifecycle management, innovation commercialization, and cross-functional execution while partnering closely with manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of product managers while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own product portfolio strategy, P&L performance, and multi-year product roadmaps.
• Manage product lifecycle activities including innovation, launches, growth initiatives, optimization, and rationalization.
• Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Sales to bring products from concept through commercialization.
• Support contract manufacturing relationships, ensuring alignment on capacity, quality, cost, and product launch execution.
• Drive business growth through market analysis, customer insights, portfolio planning, and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of marketing, sales, or related commercial experience, including 3+ years in product management.
• Demonstrated success managing product portfolios, product launches, and P&L responsibility.
• Experience working within manufacturing environments and supporting supply chain or contract manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
