CNC Milling/Lathe Machinist Benefits & Compensation

• $30 – $35/hour commensurate with experience

CNC Milling/Lathe Machinist Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
• Ability to set up and operate 2 and 3 axis CNC lathes and/or 3, 4, and 5 axis milling machines
• Basic knowledge of Fanuc controls and G-code programming
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and gauges
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment

CNC Milling/Lathe Machinist Preferred Background & Skills

• Working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Experience with Swiss Tech machining

CNC Milling/Lathe Machinist Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines for precision component production
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints to ensure compliance with specifications
• Use a variety of measuring tools to verify and maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Troubleshoot basic machine or program issues as needed
