Join a leading aerospace manufacturing organization producing precision components for advanced military and commercial aircraft programs. We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to support our growing operation on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00 – $36.00 per hour based on experience
- Additional $2.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts
- Additional $3.00/hour for qualified machinists operating multiple machines simultaneously

Shift Schedule
Training Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Available Shifts
- 2nd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Position Summary
The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up and machining precision components to exact specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Load, edit, and verify CNC programs
- Perform tool changes and offset adjustments
- Monitor machining operations and troubleshoot issues
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Verify parts meet required specifications and tolerances
- Perform preventive maintenance and machine inspections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all quality, safety, and operational procedures
Equipment & Technology
Work with advanced manufacturing equipment including:
- CNC Lathes
- CNC Mills (3, 4, and 5 Axis)
- Mill-Turn Centers
- CNC Boring Mills
- CNC Bridge Mills
- Fanuc Controls
- Mazatrol Controls
- Okuma Controls
- Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- CNC machining experience or machinist certification
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check, medical examination, and drug screening
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- U.S. Citizenship required due to aerospace program requirements
