We’re partnering with a well-established, family-oriented independent insurance agency who is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and servicing a diverse commercial book of business while delivering a high level of client service and technical support. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a diverse book of Commercial Lines accounts across multiple industries
  • Handle all lines of commercial coverage, including standard and surplus lines placements
  • Process endorsements, renewals, certificates, audits, policy changes, and quoting activities
  • Review accounts, identify coverage needs, and support account rounding, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities when appropriate
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members
  • Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance within agency systems and documentation processes
  • Utilize AMS360 to manage workflows, account activity, and policy information (experience preferred but not required)
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to deliver excellent client outcomes and maintain service standards

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management or Commercial CSR experience
  • Active Property & Casualty license required
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages across a variety of industries
  • Experience with endorsements, renewals, certificates, audits, quoting, and account servicing activities
  • AMS360 experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive within a collaborative, family-focused culture

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000 – $100,000 base salary depending on experience
