What You'll Do
As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and ensure an outstanding experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire back-of-house team members during high-volume service
- Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution standards
- Support labor management, scheduling, and team productivity goals
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Help create a positive, accountable, and high-performing kitchen culture
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar leadership role
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Experience managing food costs, labor, inventory, and kitchen systems
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-focused during peak service periods
- Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence
