Marketing Manager – What You Will Do

• Execute social media, content, email, and CRM marketing strategies
• Create engaging content including graphics, photography, video, and written copy
• Partner with leadership to execute marketing plans aligned with growth goals
• Manage email campaigns and CRM workflows to support customer conversion
• Coordinate with external marketing agencies on paid ads, SEO, and website initiatives
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints
• Track analytics and campaign performance to support data driven decision making
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and lead generation

Marketing Manager – What You Bring

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within home services or small business environments
• Strong experience with social media strategy, content creation, and email marketing
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, Canva, and Meta Business Suite
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and execution
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical approach to marketing performance and campaign optimization
• Self motivated personality capable of operating independently while staying aligned with leadership goals
