We are looking for a Maintenance manager for our luxury hotel. We are looking for a hands-on, hard-working, servant leader who is knowledgeable on facilities maintenance. Candidates should be ambitious and eager to grow their career with a fantastic hotel group!

Hotel Maintenance Manager Benefits:

Hotel Maintenance Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years as a supervisor or manager of building maintenance
  • Hotel experience is preferred
  • Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywalling, and groundskeeping
  • Hands-on, servant leader style of management
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work varying hours
  • Experience overseeing vendors and subcontractors
  • Experience with CapEx projects and proposals

Hotel Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the engineering team with integrity and consistency
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, prioritizing as needed
  • Schedule large projects and maintenance with vendors as needed
  • Create and adhere to a comprehensive, preventative maintenance schedule
  • Communicate with other hotel departments regarding maintenance requests
  • Other duties as assigned
