Event & Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Event & Operations Manager to lead events, coordinate daily operations, and help create an exceptional experience for residents, guests, and team members.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute engaging events and help with restaurant operations when needed.
  • Coordinate vendors, logistics, scheduling, and event operations
  • Support day-to-day operational efficiency and team collaboration
  • Create a welcoming, hospitality-driven environment
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Work closely with leadership to enhance community engagement and resident satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in event planning, hospitality, operations, senior living, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
