Multi-Unit Restaurant Director Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Restaurant Multi-Unit Manager, overseeing 4–6 locations (QSR/fast casual/food court environments)
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
• High energy, dedication, and adaptability

Multi-Unit Restaurant Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of multiple restaurant operations within the location
