An award-winning, high-energy restaurant group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team. This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a full-service, high-volume dining environment.

Restaurant Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

3–5 years of experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant management
Provide leadership to front-of-house teams, ensuring consistent service and guest satisfaction
Support restaurant policies, training programs, and operational strategies
Manage daily floor operations, guest interactions, and staff accountability
Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
Partner with leadership on inventory, ordering, and cost-control measures
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards
Support promotional events, specials, and marketing initiatives to drive sales
Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
