Partner | Employment Law Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted and in good standing to practice law in New York
- Significant experience in employment law, including litigation and advisory work
- Portable book of business, ideally $500K+
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive business development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, growth-oriented approach
Partner | Employment Law Attorney Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience across both management-side and high-value plaintiff employment matters
- Knowledge of workplace investigations, executive compensation, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant matters
Partner | Employment Law Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a diverse range of complex employment law matters
- Represent clients in employment-related disputes, negotiations, and litigation
- Lead and expand your own client portfolio with the support of firm resources
- Contribute to the growth and development of the employment law practice group
- Manage client relationships independently while collaborating with a dynamic team
