What You’ll Do
As Nurse Administrator, you will oversee the clinical and operational performance of the surgery center, ensuring excellence across patient care, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, workflows, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include:
• Leading clinical and non-clinical personnel and daily center operations
• Managing staffing, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
• Overseeing regulatory readiness, infection control, safety, and quality initiatives
• Supporting policy/procedure development and operational compliance
• Coordinating surgery schedules and staff assignments
• Managing purchasing, supplies, medication oversight, and narcotics documentation
• Driving workflow improvements, operational efficiency, and an exceptional patient experience
What We’re Looking For
• Active RN license required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Previous Ambulatory Surgery Center experience required
• Leadership or management exposure welcomed, but prior administrator experience is not required
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, clinical, and operational standards within surgical services
• Collaborative leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
