We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to support manufacturing operations through maintenance planning, purchase order management, and spare parts inventory control. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting efficient production operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and track purchase orders for maintenance parts and services
  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors
  • Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Create and maintain work orders and maintenance documentation
  • Track maintenance costs and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate equipment and inventory records
  • Support safety, continuous improvement, and maintenance initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience writing purchase orders in a maintenance or industrial environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
  • Experience with inventory management and parts tracking
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Experience with manufacturing, maintenance systems, or food production environments is a plus

Compensation: 24-27 dollars an hour
